Product Overview
The FHOPE B-series pallet tipper uses dual clamping mechanisms to secure a loaded pallet and rotate it through 180°, so operators can swap a damaged pallet or transfer goods between pallets without manual restacking. It is positioned for light-duty, multi-height loads in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetics and ceramics operations, and it can be integrated into automated logistics and roller lines.
A pallet tipper turns a loaded pallet over so the load rests on a new base. The B series does this with two clampers that secure the load for a 180° rotation. Once the load is inverted, the old or damaged pallet is accessible and can be replaced, or the goods can be moved onto a different pallet type.
Typical jobs include damaged-pallet replacement, pallet swapping between different pallet types, and integration into an automated logistics flow or roller line. The clamping arrangement and clamping pressure are confirmed per project against your actual load.

No numeric ratings are published; load, height, and cycle values are confirmed per project.
How It Works
The pallet swap follows five steps. Exact infeed/outfeed arrangement, roller-line height and cycle expectations are confirmed per project.
-
Pallet in
The loaded pallet enters the tipping station — by roller line, automated transfer, or another method confirmed for your project.
-
Dual clamping
The two clampers close to secure the load and the pallet together for the rotation. The clamping arrangement and pressure are set per project so the load is held without being crushed.
-
180° rotation
The assembly rotates the secured load through 180°, inverting it so the original pallet is now on top and the load face is accessible.
-
Pallet change
The old or damaged pallet is removed and the replacement pallet is placed manually or via automated transfer, configured per project; the load is then ready to be set down on its new base.
-
Return and out
The assembly rotates back, releases, and the re-palletized load exits the station — again by roller line or the transfer method defined for your line.
