Product Overview
The FHOPE forklift-integrated mobile pallet changer / inverter combines load transport and pallet inversion in one self-propelled machine. Twin forks clamp the load from above and below at the press of a button, and a hydraulic cylinder lifts and tips the pallet through a 90° arc from vertical to horizontal.
The operator then completes the 180° inversion by hand to swap or reverse the pallet. After the swap, the machine returns to its starting position and drives to the next station under its own electric drive.

How It Works
-
Insert
The operator drives the mobile unit forward and slides the paired forks into the pallet from the front.
-
Clamp
A one-button control closes the upper and lower fork pair, gripping the top and bottom pallets together under consistent clamping pressure to help keep cartons, bags, or drums from shifting or falling.
-
Hydraulic 90° tip
The hydraulic station raises and tips the clamped load through a 90° arc, converting it from vertical to horizontal orientation.
-
Manual 180° rotation
With the load held horizontal, the operator rotates it 180° by hand. The machine then returns to its initial position, ready to travel to the next workstation under motor drive.
Cycle time depends on the operator's manual rotation step; clamping, the 90° hydraulic tip, and return are performed by the machine.
