Product Overview
The FHOPE A-series Economic Pallet Exchanger and Pallet Turning Machine is a stationary, single-clamper unit that reverses a full pallet load 180° for quick pallet replacement. Typical uses include wood-to-plastic conversion and removing damaged pallets beneath yogurt, biscuits, bottled wine, cement, and other packed goods.
It is the economical entry point in FHOPE's stationary pallet-inverter family, with forklift loading and a robust, classic design for long service life. Load capacity, footprint, and cycle parameters are defined per project around your pallet size, load type, and handling method.

Specifications describe a representative A-series configuration; final engineering is confirmed per project.
How It Works
The operating sequence uses one clamping platform and five repeatable steps:
-
Load placement
The operator uses a forklift to set the full, palletized load onto the machine's bottom platform.
-
Clamping
The single clamper closes over the load, holding it firmly under controlled pressure so nothing shifts during rotation.
-
180° inversion
The machine rotates the clamped load a full 180°, vertically reversing the stack. The original pallet now faces upward.
-
Pallet exchange from the top
With the load held inverted, the exposed original pallet is removed and the new pallet is placed on top, between the clamp faces and the load.
-
Return and unload
The machine returns to its home position, settling the load onto the new pallet. The clamper opens and the forklift removes the re-palletized load.
The whole cycle is performed in place, with no need to move the load to a separate station.
