Product Overview
The FHOPE C-series ground-level pallet inverter rotates a full pallet load 180° so you can replace a damaged pallet or transfer goods to a different pallet type — and it loads at floor level with a hand pallet truck (pallet jack), so no forklift is required. This makes it a practical option for small plants and warehouses where forklifts cannot reach or aisles are tight.
A ground-level pallet inverter grips a loaded pallet and rotates it 180°, turning the load upside down so the bottom face — and the pallet itself — becomes accessible. Once inverted, you can remove a broken or contaminated pallet and slide a replacement underneath, or move the goods onto a different pallet type before rotating the load back.
What distinguishes the C-series is the loading method. The lower clamp or platform lowers to the floor, so an operator can push the load in with a pallet jack. This machine is designed for floor-level loading where forklifts cannot enter the working area or the aisles are too narrow for them to maneuver.

Representative ratings apply to stable, unitized loads; side-support needs and site power should be confirmed before ordering.
How It Works
The working cycle follows five steps. Depending on the configuration, the machine is operated manually or via PLC control.
-
Push in with a pallet jack
The operator rolls the loaded pallet onto the floor-flush platform with a hand pallet truck — no forklift needed. Because the loading surface sits at ground level, the pallet jack enters directly.
-
Clamp the load
The machine grips the load. Clamping pressure is set according to the goods; fragile or sensitive loads should be flagged during inquiry so suitable handling can be discussed.
-
Rotate 180°
The machine rotates the clamped load a full 180°, so the pallet is now on top and the load's underside is exposed.
-
Swap the pallet (when applicable)
With the original pallet accessible, the operator removes it and places a replacement pallet on the exposed load face — or transfers the goods to a different pallet type.
-
Rotate back and push out
The machine returns to the starting position, the load rests on the new pallet, and the operator pulls it out with the pallet jack.
