Product Overview
The FHOPE pallet changer is a floor-level, 95° rear-tilting machine that swaps the bottom pallet of a loaded pallet without overhead crane rigging or overhead inversion. The load is placed on the platform at floor level by pallet truck or forklift, the platform lifts, tilts back to 95° so the bottom pallet can be withdrawn and replaced, and the load is returned to level — all within a compact, space-saving footprint. Rated load, platform size, and cycle details are defined per project to match your pallet type and load characteristics.
This machine is a tilt-back pallet changer, not a 180° full inverter and not a 90° side tilter.

How the 95° Floor-Level Exchange Works
-
Floor-level loading
The operator places the loaded pallet onto the floor-level platform using a pallet truck or forklift. No raised dock or elevated loading structure is required.
-
Lift
The platform, carrying the pallet and load, lifts up to the pallet-change position.
-
95° rear tilt
The platform tilts back to 95°. The bottom pallet is released and removed while the load rests against the back panel.
-
Exchange and return
A new bottom pallet is placed into position; the platform returns to horizontal and lowers, and the load exits on the new pallet by pallet truck or forklift.
The back panel supports the load during tilting, making the sequence gentle on fragile goods such as ceramics and glass bottles.
