Product Overview
A pushing type pallet changer moves a load horizontally from its old pallet onto a new one—no rotation, no tilting, and no clamping. It suits high-throughput warehouses and production lines, especially loads that must stay flat and upright throughout the change.
The load is pushed horizontally off its existing pallet and lands on a new pallet placed beside it. Because the load is never gripped or turned, this method avoids clamping forces and rotation clearances. The trade-off is that the load must be regular, stable, and able to move as one unit; loose or fragile goods are not suitable for direct pushing.
Key Specifications
This page carries no numeric ratings. All load, dimension, and force values are confirmed per project.
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Transfer method | Horizontal pushing (load moved sideways onto a receiving pallet) |
| Rotation / tilt / clamp | None (never rotated, flipped, tilted, or clamped) |
| Actuation | Hydraulic-cylinder push system with durable valve sets (representative; per project) |
| Mode | Standalone unit or integrated into a conveyor / transfer line (per project) |
| Load / pallet size | Per project |
| Pushing force | Per project |
| Line interface | Per project (conveyor height, sequencing, communication) |
Load mass, pallet dimensions, pushing force, and line interfaces are confirmed against your actual application.
How a Pallet Transfer by Pushing Works
A typical transfer cycle runs in five steps:
-
Positioning
Place the loaded pallet in the machine directly, or feed it from a conveyor when the unit is integrated into a transfer line.
-
Alignment
Align the load and receiving pallet so the push face meets the load squarely and the new pallet sits exactly where the load will land.
-
Horizontal transfer
A hydraulic-cylinder-driven push face moves the load horizontally onto the receiving pallet. Stroke speed and profile are confirmed per project; the load is not lifted, rotated, or tilted.
-
Landing on the new pallet
The load slides fully onto the receiving pallet and settles in place.
-
Retraction and release
The push face retracts, the old pallet is removed, and the re-palletized load exits manually or onward along the line.
Use standalone or integrate into a conveyor / transfer line. The hydraulic-cylinder system uses durable valve sets designed to avoid oil-circuit leakage problems; detailed configuration is confirmed per project.
