Operating Sequence

How the Online 180° Exchange Works

Pallet loading

The load enters the machine by manual or automatic feeding. Sensors check pallet dimensions and weight against set parameters before the cycle proceeds.
Rotation process

The hydraulic or motorized drive performs controlled rotary-table flipping, rotating the pallet 180° to switch between pallet types. During inversion, the load is held by its own integrity — banding, stretch wrap, or the load's natural cohesion — supported by the machine's load stability control, the anti-slip chain surface beneath the pallet, and, where the load requires it, project-specific retaining fixtures. The chain conveyor itself does not grip or suspend the inverted load; it carries and positions the pallet before and after rotation.
Pallet replacement

After rotation, the new pallet is introduced into the flow and the system automatically aligns the pallet for correct positioning.
Discharge

The replaced pallet exits at an adjustable speed, ready for the next stage of the line.

Load stability and anti-slip support

Load stability control monitors the load through the rotation cycle, and the anti-slip conveyor surface helps keep the pallet seated during flipping. Together with the load's own banding or wrapping — and any project-specific retaining fixtures — these measures keep the stack secure through the inverted portion of the cycle.
