Product Overview
The FHOPE inline pallet changer is a continuous-flow pallet changing line built for production environments where loads keep arriving on roller conveyors and cannot stop. It automatically replaces wooden pallets with plastic or aluminium pallets at a reference rate of 40 pallets per hour (single-pallet basis, e.g. L1200 × W1200 × H80–1800 mm including pallet), while the control system shares data with your management system via IoT for digital recording and monitoring throughout the pallet handling process.
The machine consists of in-feed and out-feed roller conveyors with a 90° transfer working table; the up-ending and lifting devices are hydraulically driven. The line can be extended step by step with automatic pallet in-feeding, automatic pallet stacking, and automatic pallet wrapping equipment. Unmanned operation is supported, configurable per line automation requirements: loads enter from an upstream conveyor or forklift, and the line handles in-feeding, changing, empty-pallet stacking and recycling, and out-feeding on its own.

How the Inline Pallet Changer Works

In-feed
The loaded pallet enters the roller conveyor from a pre-stream line — an upstream conveyor or a forklift — and is positioned in the changing station.

Load handling and lifting
The hydraulically driven up-ending and lifting device engages the load and provides hydraulic lifting support to clear the pallet profile before the 90° transfer.

90° transfer
The 90° transfer working table turns the load surface for pallet exchange, so the wooden pallet can be withdrawn and a plastic or aluminium pallet introduced.

Pallet exchange and stacking
The old pallet is automatically removed, and a pallet stacking unit collects and recycles the empties.

Out-feed
The re-palletized load exits on the out-feed roller conveyor, ready for the next process or for wrapping if an automatic pallet wrapping machine is added to the line.
Each step is monitored digitally through the IoT control and management system, giving traceable records of the whole process.
