Product Overview

The FHOPE FPFZ-C02 is a stationary pallet inverter with two clampers, built for heavy loading up to 2.0 t (2,000 kg) gross weight—the combined weight of goods plus pallet. It suits food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing operations that need a fixed installation point for pallet-to-pallet transfer of stable, heavy loads.

The two clampers close over the load and pallet stack within an opening height range of 800–1800 mm, then rotate the stack a full 180°. The damaged or non-conforming pallet ends up on top and can be replaced without manually restacking goods.

Turnover takes approximately 25–35 seconds, with panel or wireless remote control, on a bolt-fixed welded A3 steel base. Loads enter and exit by forklift, with no conveyor integration required.

Clamp, Invert & Replace

How It Works

The original pallet is moved to the top by full inversion, allowing replacement without manually restacking the goods.

Load the machine

A forklift places the palletized load into the clamping chamber.
Clamp from both sides

The two clampers close over the load and pallet stack within the 800–1800 mm opening range, measured over the total height including the pallet.
Rotate 180°

The clamped stack is inverted a full half turn, leaving the original pallet—and any damaged boards—on top.
Change the pallet from the top side

Remove the old pallet and place the new one, then rotate 180° back to upright. Release the clampers so the forklift can remove the finished load.

The 25–35 s figure covers the clamp–rotate–release inversion cycle; manual pallet removal and placement time are additional.
