Automatic pallet inverter & changing line | FHOPE

This V-shape pallet tilter replaces the pallet under a full load by clamping it between two V-shaped arms, pressing the stack down with a scissor-lift top plate, and tilting the whole unit through a controlled 90° — not a 180° overturn. It is intended for goods that must keep a stable stack and cannot be fully turned over: closed cartons, bottles and cans, ceramics, glass. This machine can be configured as a standalone station or an automatic changing line. Loading is at floor level with a hand pallet truck or a forklift, so the machine suits compact, fixed or inline layouts.

Two facing V-shaped arms close on the sides of the palletized load; a scissor-lift mechanism presses the stack from above so it stays together during motion. The clamped load is then tilted 90° to one side. In this tilted position, the original pallet is freed and the replacement pallet is positioned underneath. The load returns upright and is released.

The key distinction: this is a 90° controlled side tilt, not a 180° full overturn — the load is not turned upside down at any point.

The machine is loaded directly at floor level — by hand pallet truck or forklift — which keeps the approach area compact and supports fixed or inline installations. The operator works from a position separated from the tilt zone, and the tilt and lowering motions can be interrupted while running (load interrupt).
